<title>ABSTRACT</title> <p>Our Project&#8217;s aim is investigating the bioethanol&#8217;s non-freezing property with the sub-stance surface and to increase its usage in the industrial field and to save in various areas. In the experiment, the hypothesis is that bioethanol does not freeze. For this purpose, two experimental setups were prepared. Water poured into both setups but bioethanol poured into the only second setup. The experimental setups were kept at -18&#176; C for two hours. At the end of the experiment, it was observed that the surface of the first assembly was frozen and that there was no freeze on the surface of the second experimental setup. The aim is to produce bioethanol from recycled sugar beet pulp and use it instead of salt. As a result, this feature of bioethanol will be avoided by using it in road constructions or by adding it to the construction material of asphalt. The main goal of the project is that the use of recyclable sugar beet instead of salt poured on icy roads. We thought that recycling sugar beet pulp can contribute to the country economically. </p>
