<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>We design and fabricate a novel, integrated tunable optofluidic lens suited for Lab-On-Chip applications. A novel fabrication process is used to produce a Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chip with channels in different layers. The spot size of the optical output is tuned by controlling lens position via a ferrofluid piston, which does not require the use of moving parts.</p>
