<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>This research asks, &#34;What are the challenges and barriers of the Big Data (BD) integrated health care system? Will it be resolved?&#8243; A healthcare system is an organization, whether private or part of a government department, with resources and services which can be provided to a target of people who need healthcare. In turn, the term &#8216;Big Data (BD) integrated health care&#8217; refers to a healthcare system designed for electronic devices which can be used anytime and anywhere in the world. The research examines &#8216;how patients access to doctors, health care centres and hospitals in Australia&#44;, which are significant medical issues, irregular sources of health care, language barriers, low income, transportation issues and health insurance issues in both countryside and City Business Districts-CBD. Understanding these critical and complex issues play a significant role in terms of improving the overall health care. This paper mainly has used secondary research data analysis and methods to provide a broad investigation of the issues relevant to Big Data (BD) and health care system in Australia, the reasons of those issues in health industry. The research is subject to academic journal articles, conference proceedings, academic text books, project reports, media articles, corporation-based documents and other appropriate information, including a proposed research model for Big Data (BD) integrated health care system. The initial phase of the research finds that the proposed integrated model can be applied to the current health care system in NSW, particularly with regards to improving patient access to doctors, health care centre and hospitals. Besides, Big Data (BD) integrated healthcare system must ensure that the interface design is user and environmentally friendly, and that it is easy to interact with all of the system functions.</p>
