The constant evolutions of the environment require a need for the educational system to keep pace with reformation trend. There is need for educators and students to adapt to this reformation. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of such innovations. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is actually the king pin of social and economic development of any nation. A proper understanding and application of this facility has become a necessary instrument for all, especially educationist. The provision and access to adequate relevant and timely information for teacher education is an investment in quality as well as providing the teacher with knowledge and skills for effective teaching process. The ever-increasing dependent of education upon the computer seems inevitable, because it helps to meet the needs of the students for individualization of instruction, greater expectation of society for a higher degree of accountability and efficiency in colleges of education. Therefore, the study highlights the use of ICT Instrument in learning of special education in colleges of education. A survey design was adopted for the study and three hundred and twenty six (326) teachers were used as the sample size. These involved teachers that teach from 100 level to 300 level classes. The study revealed that special education teachers considered computers as a viable educational instrument that has the potentials to bring about different improvements to their schools and classrooms. The study also indicated that for a strong positive correlation between teachers attitude forward ICT in education and their perceptions of the advantages of the use of computers. Recommendations and suggestions will be made for effective implementation of ICT in special education curriculum for used in the 20-20-20. Government should organized workshop and seminars on how to use computer and ICT for teaching/learning process. Secondly, ICT should be integrated into colleges of education curriculum for special education students.
