The discovery of the American continent by the Europeans has caused dramatic changes in the lives of Native Americans. European forces that had the will to dominate the economic resources presented by the continent fought each other along with Native Americans. However, as a result of the American Revolution, Great Britain regressed towards the southern part of North America. After British rule, European Settlers adopted the idea of expansion towards the west of Mississippi River. The idea caused a long term war series between Native Americans and the Settlers. Since Americans had the advantage of weapon technology and higher numbers of the population these wars resulted to the detriment of Native Americans. Native Americans were forced to emigrate towards the West and the land they owned decreased in the process. In this paper, the points of view of Native Americans and colonizing Americans to the period in the northern part of continent America will be analyzed.
