Effect with globalization, social media usage has an impact on diversity variable all over the world due to the fact that it is a medium of widespread interaction, communication and information sharing.Besides all these, Social media influnces job-hunting process.Jobseekers are informed about labour demand and they can make a job application by means of social media. The aim of the research is to examine access of job vacancy for social science vocational school students by use of social media.The research working team composes of 327 students who have studied on the departments of property management,banking and insurance business,accounting and financing, cookery,tourism and logistic 2017-2018 academic year, in range of Karaman provincial borders.Data obtains with face to face meeting and analyses with SPSS 21 package. At the end of research, First ;Researchers are going to scrutinise the effect of social media on job seeking process within the scope of strategic human resources and second, Researchers are going to examine participants demographic attributes and their social media usage level comparing with literature.
