<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>The subject of this work is an extensive analysis of internal communication as a function of modern
management in Polish Police. It is also identifying the effectiveness of internal communication process
as a function of modern management in order to fulfil a statutory goal in this field and to improve
internal communication by evolving its model. Scientific research on internal communication is not
reflected in Polish or global literature. The issue of social communication in the Police has not been a
subject of disciplinary research and pragmalinguistics thus far. Currently The Police Academy in
Szczytno is undertaking a project in which this issue will be exposed and extensively researched.</p>
