<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>This article will provide data from narrative research about six variables to maximize the college
experience. The variables research includes the college environment, how the university responds to all
students and all their needs, and how to motivate to students to own their learning and their success.
Further this focus also includes how to assist students with harnessing all resources to advocate for their
success, the importance of the student perspective in overall success, and the importance of diversity to
success of students. Synthesis of the data will be presented to demonstrate a comprehensive approach
maximize the college experience for all.</p>
