<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>E-learning systems are evolving as the latest platform for learning and teaching opportunities. Standardization is a basic feature which allows for conformity of E-learning Systems in different applications. . Standardization of E-content carries a significant role in E-learning systems as academic institutions are steadily incorporating E-learning educational systems. Majority of E-learning systems emphasize technical issues and user machine-interaction. Vital features like content regularization and course quality in an E-learning Platform are mostly neglected. This causes serious problems for students in content comprehension and makes it difficult for instructors to develop an E-learning course compatible on various E-learning systems currently being used. This work presents an academic content evaluation framework to standardize content assessment in an E-learning system. Proposed evaluation is modelled in a form of an instrument survey to evaluate the quality of academic E-content and its performance in an E-learning platform. Evaluation is made under seven primary criterions with multiple item questions to assess the performance of  subject course being delivered in an E-learning environment .The survey is primarily designed for assessing electronic course quality level . The evaluation framework is developed using Expert-Oriented approach using reviews from a panel of 42 experts in the higher education field.  This instrument survey presents a basic structure for evaluating and assessing potential of an E-learning course. This structure will facilitate standardization and classification of e-content. </p>
