<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between teachers&#8217; bureaucratic structure and collective efficacy perceptions. Population of the study consists of 1709 teachers who serve at the secondary schools in Yenimahalle District of Ankara in 2013-2014 academic year. Sample of the study comprises of 327 teachers who have been chosen through simple random sampling method. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis have been utilized for data analysis. According to research results, teachers perceive bureaucratic structure of their schools as facilitator and as this perception increase, their collective efficacy perceptions also increase. Furthermore, a meaningful relationship between the bureaucratic structure of school and teachers&#8217; collective efficacy belief has been found and bureaucratic school structure is determined to be the predictor of teachers&#8217; collective efficacy perception. </p>
